Terms And Conditions
We accept the following credit and debit cards;
VISA, MasterCard, and Switch
Your card will not be debited until the order is ready for dispatch.

We will only deliver your order to an address other than the card billing address, if it is your work address.
You must supply us with a company name and company email address.

Accepting Delivery:
All our orders are shipped on a signed for basis, therefore you must be available to sign for the goods on delivery.    

Royal Mail Deliveries:
Will be sent 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery dependant on the value of your order.

Courier Deliveries:
Will be sent on an overnight, next day delivery service, via Initial City Link.

Should the delivery fail, they will leave you a note and will either attempt delivery the following day or leave the option to contact them to arrange a suitable day. You must contact them within 5 working days.

All our prices include all UK taxes.

Cancelling Orders:
You may cancel your order, at anytime prior to dispatch, at no extra cost, by contacting us with your order number.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns Policy:
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in it’s original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom fit golf clubs or personalised items. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required. Please return to:Elite Golf, 246 Havant Road, Drayton, Portsmouth PO6 1PA.
The refund excludes all delivery costs. If your original order was shipped free of charge, a £6 handling charge will apply.

Faulty goods:
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months, this is underwritten by the manufacturers and upon proof of purchase can be used at any dealer.
